Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including staff management, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance

Recruit, train, and mentor nursery staff to promote a supportive and inclusive work environment

Collaborate with parents and families to ensure effective communication and support their involvement in their child's development

Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment

Monitor the nursery budget and resources to ensure efficient allocation and use of funds

Maintain accurate records and reports related to children, staff, and the nursery's operations

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our client's team and ensure the nurturing and development of children in their nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for young learners., Level 3 in Early Years or above

Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early childhood education setting

Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education

Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in early childhood education
