Nursery Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained, creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children.,

• Develop and implement nursery policies and procedures
• Supervise and support nursery staff, providing mentorship and guidance as needed
• Manage the nursery budget and ensure financial sustainability
• Oversee the admissions process and maintain strong relationships with parents
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the nursery environment
• Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to enhance the nursery's offerings
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement within the nursery
  
  Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection protocols
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, parents, and children
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion
• Proficient in administrative tasks and budget management
• A thorough understanding of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework and its implementation
