Nursery Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our 6 months to 2 year old provision. As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young pupils., Provide strong leadership and vision for the nursery, promoting a positive and nurturing environment

- Manage and supervise the nursery staff, ensuring they are supported, developed and work effectively

- Implement and monitor the nursery's policies, procedures and curriculum to meet regulatory requirements

- Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, adhering to all health, safety and safeguarding guidelines

- Liaise with parents/carers, external agencies and the wider school community to build positive relationships

- Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

- Ensure the nursery's administrative duties are carried out efficiently

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field (minimum)

- Significant experience in a similar nursery management role with a proven track record of success

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents

- Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and regulatory requirements

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

- Passion for early years' education and a commitment to providing the best possible outcomes for young children.
