Permanent Nursery Manager available in Croydon!, We have an exciting opportunity for a talented childcare professional to step into the role of a Nursery Manager in Croydon. In this position, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding care and education while overseeing staff performance and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities as a Nursery Manager:
+ Create and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
+ Ensure compliance with all nursery policies, as well as health and safety standards.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and efficient working environment.
+ Apply expertise in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to enrich children's learning experiences.
+ Actively participate in team meetings and pursue opportunities for ongoing professional growth.

+ Eligibility to work in the UK.
+ Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
+ A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, though candidates with Level 2 qualifications may also be considered.
+ Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with young children and their families.
+ A proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
