Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an or a well-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Nursey Manager to work alongside and manage the nursery team as well as supervising and supporting student placements within the nursery., Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and leading a team to deliver exceptional early years education? As the Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of our nursery, overseeing daily operations, leading a committed team of professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will play a key role in shaping our curriculum, building strong relationships with families, and fostering a culture of excellence and care. This is maternity cover position until December 2025. It will be full time, term time only.

You will have a relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification or higher in Early Years Care and Education qualification. We will expect significant experience of working in an Early Years Care and Education setting. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team. You will have excellent knowledge of [EYFS framework or relevant standards] and safeguarding procedures.
