Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and childcare, with the ability to manage and communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. This role is pivotal in nurturing the development of young children in a nursery setting, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 2-5 years.
• Manage daily activities within the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive approach to early years education.
• Drive initiatives that promote inclusive practices within the nursery environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education and childcare.
  
  Level 3 diploma essential
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
