Full Job Description

The main duties of the role include:
+ Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
+ Working in partnership with parents and also fellow colleagues.
+ Maintaining child development and observation records.
+ Following and implementing all policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
+ Ensuring the key person approach is fully instilled in every day practice.

Tiger Cubs Day Nursery are looking for a Nursery Nurse to join our team, the successful applicant will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to use their own initiative., The successful candidates must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification. Applicants will need to demonstrate some recent experience in a child care setting which can be referenced and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the developmental and learning needs of young children. You will also need to be a positive role-model to colleagues, students and visitors to the nursery.
