Full Job Description
- Develop and implement activities that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your supervision
- Cultivate positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of children's progress
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children and families
Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent - Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
