Full Job Description
- Create a secure, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment for children
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
- Establish positive and respectful relationships with children and their families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times
Minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in early years - Relevant experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
