Tenderlinks Nurseries, with five sites in Norbury, Streatham, Godalming, Elstead, and Wandsworth, is dedicated to providing a caring and nurturing environment for children during their early years. This is a full-time on-site role as a Nursery Practitioner at our Elstead location. The Nursery Practitioner will be responsible for providing daily care and support to children, creating, and implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and establishing positive relationships with children and their families. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills to ensure the well-being and development of the children. Role Requirements

  • Experience in childcare and working with young children
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for children
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • First aid and safeguarding training certification

    The salary range for this role is £11.54 to £13.46 per hour based on a 40 hour working week.
