Full Job Description
- Enthusiasm & commitment to delivering high quality childcare.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures.
- A Key Person, building relationships & working in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
- For Room Leader role; ability to lead, monitor & support a team of staff to ensure the highest quality of care at all times and liaise with the management team where needed.
Are you an early years professional passionate about providing great quality childcare, and looking for an exciting new direction for 2025?, Minimum Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification. - Experience working in a children's day nursery.
- For Room Leader roles, experience in a team leader role is required.
Salary: £13.70 per hour - Room Leader, full time permanent or temporary/mat cover option available. We are open 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday 51 weeks a year, except bank holidays. We are currently not able to offer any term time only roles. Benefits & Big Rewards:
