Nursery Room Leader

we are looking to find a dedicated Full-Time Nursery Room Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to join a nurturing and creative environment, making a real difference in young children s lives., As the Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in managing the daily activities and operations within your designated room. This full-time position requires a motivated individual with strong leadership skills, who can create a safe and engaging space for children and offer support to the nursery staff. You will help ensure that each child has the opportunity to thrive in a positive, developmentally appropriate environment that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards., + Lead and manage activities within your room in line with EYFS standards and the nursery s ethos
+ Supervise, mentor, and support nursery practitioners to maintain high standards of care and development
+ Keep accurate developmental records for each child and regularly communicate progress with parents and carers
+ Foster a welcoming, positive, and inclusive atmosphere within the room
+ Uphold health & safety and safeguarding practices to the highest standards

+ Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) required
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursery setting, with prior experience in a leadership or room leader role
+ Strong knowledge of EYFS standards and safeguarding regulations
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ A passionate, caring approach to early years education
