- Lead by Example: Oversee the daily operation of your room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or higher): A strong foundation in early education. - Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a nursery or early years setting.
- Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of child development and best practices in early education.
- Strong Communication Skills: Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Organisational Skills: Confidently manage daily routines and ensure the room operates smoothly.
Salary: Up to £28,000 | 40-42.5 Hours Per Week | Exceptional Benefits
