Full Job Description

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as budget management and record-keeping, taking into account the decentralized layout of the nursery.


  • Day-to-Day
  • Supervise and lead the nursery room staff team to ensure effective operations

  • Develop and execute age-appropriate activities within each room as well as in the main open area

  • Prioritize the safety, health, and overall well-being of all children, including facilitating access to soft play, messy play areas, and outdoor spaces

  • Cultivate positive connections with parents and families, providing regular updates on their children's progress

  • Collaborate with the management team to maintain high standards of care and education

  • Support and guide staff members, fostering a positive work environment
