Assist in administrative tasks such as budget management and record-keeping, taking into account the decentralized layout of the nursery.

Develop and execute age-appropriate activities within each room as well as in the main open area

Prioritize the safety, health, and overall well-being of all children, including facilitating access to soft play, messy play areas, and outdoor spaces

Cultivate positive connections with parents and families, providing regular updates on their children's progress

Collaborate with the management team to maintain high standards of care and education

Support and guide staff members, fostering a positive work environment
