The ideal candidate will possess a deep enthusiasm for early years education and a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing environment. The nursery boasts multiple indoor play areas and a spacious garden equipped with climbing structures and a playhouse, ensuring an engaging setting for little ones.,

• Lead and oversee a group of infants, prioritizing their safety and well-being consistently


• Develop and execute age-appropriate activities and schedules to encourage learning and growth within the specialized, play-based curriculum


• Cultivate strong connections with children, families, and colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive nursery community


• Supervise and facilitate the professional growth of nursery room staff


• Maintain precise records of children's development and maintain regular communication with parents/guardians


• Guarantee the nursery environment is orderly, hygienic, and compliant with regulatory standards
  
  Minimum Level 3 qualification in early years


• Demonstrated expertise in working with infants in a nursery environment


• Sound comprehension of child development and early education principles


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities


• Proficiency in team leadership, mentorship, and support


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safeguarding practices
