We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to lead a nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This individual will play a key role in providing high-quality care, planning engaging activities, and fostering strong relationships with families to support children's development.,

  • Leading and supervising the nursery room team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education for children, meeting their individual needs.

  • Planning and delivering a wide range of engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Upholding a safe and inclusive environment by meticulously following all health and safety regulations and fostering an atmosphere of respect and acceptance.

  • Effectively communicating with parents and families, establishing strong partnerships and keeping them informed about their children's progress and well-being.

  • Providing ongoing support and mentorship to staff, offering guidance, training, and encouragement to help them excel in their roles.

    Possession of a Level 3 in Early Years or above, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education.

  • Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting, with notable leadership or supervisory experience, showcasing the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.

  • In-depth understanding of child development principles, safeguarding procedures, and early years curriculum, allowing for the creation of an enriching learning environment.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills, enabling seamless collaboration with team members, families, and external stakeholders.

  • Strong dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the nursery environment, nurturing an atmosphere of respect and appreciation for all individuals.
