We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join our client's vibrant team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a nursery room, fostering an environment that nurtures and inspires young minds. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care and education for children.,

• Take charge of leading and managing a nursery room, maintaining the highest standards of care and education for young children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities aimed at supporting the learning and development of the children
• Provide mentorship and support to nursery staff, fostering an environment of outstanding teaching and care
• Cultivate strong and positive relationships with parents, offering regular feedback on their child's progress and well-being
• Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations and ensure the implementation of robust safeguarding procedures within the nursery room
  
  Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
• Proven track record in a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner role
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Clear DBS and completed safeguarding training
