Full Job Description

You will join us as a Team Leader (supporting our babies and children aged 2 years and under) at our Greengables Day Nursery in Owlsmoor, Sandhurst, on a part time basis, working 30 hours a week, all-year-round. Working hours are 07:30am-18:30pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 52 weeks of the year. We are seeking a very special person to join us in this room-based, leadership role. Someone who

  • Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting.
  • Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
  • Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported and motivated.
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others.
