Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Assistant to join our team on Ward 22 (Stroke Recovery Unit) at North Tyneside General Hospital., To assist the qualified nursing nursing staff in the delivery of high quality nursing care and provide assistance and support to patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team. To be responsible for own nursing care standards and assist in ensuring a clean, safe and hygienic ward environment. Ensure fluid balances, food charts and assessments are completed. Order and serve meals ensuring patients correct nutritional needs are being met. Act as a role model to junior team members and help direct patient care to meet patients needs.
