Full Job Description

As a Nursing Assistant, you will be working alongside a supportive and committed multi-disciplinary team. This post will include working in the gynaecology outpatient clinics, supporting the nursing team and Consultants in the assessment and care of women in the gynaecology outpatient and colposcopy departments. There will be opportunities for you to develop and expand within your role.
Excellent communication skills, a friendly approachable nature and the ability to work under the supervision of the nursing team are required. Previous gynaecology experience is desirable, but not essential.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Band 3 (2 whilst training) Nursing Assistant to join the Gynaecology and Colposcopy nursing team at the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine passion caring for Women undergoing all aspects of gynaecological care.
