Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Associate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about providing high quality care. The role will involve working with housebound patients, care home patients and contributing to PCN wide Population Health Management Projects. Whilst a qualified Nursing Associate would be preferred, we would also be interested to hear from any potential candidates who are currently Studnet Nursing Associates, or anyone interested in becoming a Student Nursing Associate who is interested in this post (student salary £24,071 to £25,674). PICS is supporting Student Nursing Associates with their University studies through an apprenticeship.

  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent must have certificates
  • Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification (preferred, but Trainees will be considered)
  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register (preferred, but Trainees will be considered)

    Newark PCN has a patient population in excess of 76,000. You will be part of a wider team of Nursing Associates and supported by our Lead Nurse who is on the PICS leadership team.
