Nursing Associate

Are you a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner or Nursing Associate with a passion for making a difference? Join our dedicated team within the South Somerset Community Mental Health Service, based in Yeovil., In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Support people in enhancing and maintaining their mental, physical, and behavioural health and wellbeing, while actively promoting health and preventing illness.
• Develop your knowledge of the nursing process, assisting registered nurses in the ongoing assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of care.
• Recognise changes in a patient's condition that require intervention and understand when to refer to the supervising registered nurse or other senior colleagues for reassessment.
• Work as part of a designated clinical team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual and their family
