This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nursing associate to join our paediatric nursing team. Here at Oldham we supported the introduction of the nursing associate role and recognise the value of nursing associates as part of our wider nursing team.
We are currently recruiting to expand our nursing associate workforce and the successful candidates will be supported in their induction and professional development by our dedicated practice education team and our experienced nursing associate team members.
Here at Oldham we provide general paediatric, paediatric surgery, paediatric high dependency and children's observation and assessment nursing opportunities. We have a light, bright bespoke unit and a friendly and welcoming team., The role of the Nursing Associate is to work with the multi professional team contributing to the ongoing assessment, providing and monitoring care in line with the service pathways and as agreed with supervising clinician(s). They will monitor the condition and health needs of people within their care on a continual basis in partnership with the multi-professional team.
The Nursing Associate has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan, providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The Nursing Associate will work independently with the support of the clinical staff members, working within the sphere of nursing and care and within all aspects of the nursing process.
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Nursing Associates to join our ever-growing team within Paediatrics.
