+ Provide compassionate, safe and effective care and support to people in a range of care settings. + Contribute to ongoing assessment of patients, recognising when it is necessary to refer and escalate to a Registered Nurse for reassessment + Monitor the condition and health needs of people within their care on a continual basis in partnership with people, families and carers + Record all care delivered appropriately an contemporaneously. Documentation must be clear, concise and legible. If you are a newly qualified Nursing Associate, you will be supported through the Trusts 2-year preceptorship programme. For experienced Nursing Associates, your development will be tailored to your individual needs and support is available for personal development. To be suitable for this post you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on your own, but also as an integral part of the DSU team.

Day Surgery is a fast-paced environment offering same day High Volume Low Complexity (HVLC) surgeries within a variety of surgical fields.
