Full Job Description

The nursing associate role has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan of patients and across the fields of nursing; providing holistic and person centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The nursing associate works independently under the leadership of registered nurses who work within the sphere of nursing and care.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, forward thinking, committed and enthusiastic Nursing Associate with excellent communication skills to join our Tissue Viability Team. You will be pivotal in helping us to develop this new and exciting role within our team and act as a role model to current and future trainee nursing associates.

You should have excellent clinical, written and verbal communication skills and have completed the Trainee Nursing Associates course, gaining NMC registration.

We will offer you a comprehensive induction based on your learning needs to enable you to transition into your new role. We will also provide you with further development opportunities, as well as offering you the opportunity to consolidate your role and provide you with a structured career pathway.

In return we offer a great team environment, learning and development opportunities and supervision support.

Development of our staff is fundamental to running our service effectively and we will invest our time in your future.

Rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, we are proud to provide high quality innovative services across most of the east of England that enable people to receive care closer to home and live healthier lives.

There's one reason why our services are outstanding - and that's our amazing staff who, for the seventh year running, rated us incredibly highly in the national staff survey.

If you share our passion for innovative and high-quality care delivery, then please submit your application and join us on our exciting journey as a leading-edge specialist community provider. All are welcome to apply and our promise to you is a culture which prioritises staff engagement and development.
