If you have a proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings and are looking for a rewarding leadership role, we'd love to hear from you., As the Nursing Home Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a talented and compassionate team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the home's excellent reputation, fostering a warm and welcoming environment, and driving continuous improvement.,

  • Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining a safe, caring, and effective service.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional care while achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and achieving performance-related goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, supporting their professional development and well-being.

    A Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN or a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Previous experience managing a care or nursing home, with a strong track record of achieving positive CQC ratings.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in residential and nursing care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and resident-centred approach.
