Nursing Team Leader Nursing Team Leader

You will support the Inpatient Unit Manager to ensure optimum care standards for patients and their families. You will be a Registered Nurse with NMC Registration, supporting and overseeing nurses, AP's, NA's and HCA's as well as student nurses to deliver direct and indirect care. You will be compassionate with a good understanding of the needs of patients living with life limiting illness and their loved ones. This is a maternity cover position offered on a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months.

Since January 2024, as an extension of our outstanding care for all patients with life limiting conditions, Garden House Hospice Care started an innovative service to support patients with moderate to severe frailty and two or more long term conditions. This service has been featured repeatedly on the BBC news and radio and has been awarded three awards, including the Palliative Care Service of the Year Award at the Palliative and End of Life Care Awards.
