Full Job Description

This field-based position supports Adult and Paediatric patients in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or Berkshire and the surrounding area. To be considered for this role, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse, (RGN, RSCN or RNLD), with at least 12 months' experience and living in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or Berkshire and the surrounding area. You'll also need a full UK Driving License; we'll provide a company car, fuel card and a lunch allowance when you're in the field.
Role Focus:
To develop and deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and HCPs to support safe discharges from the hospital, as well as ongoing training for quality care at home.
Complete regular patient reviews and be on hand to support with questions, issues and troubleshooting requests.
Following our recent success in rewinning the NHS tender, as well as winning additional locations in the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire areas we are expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our services, making this role vital in ensuring continued excellence in patient care.

You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing patient & HCP relationships. In return, we offer exciting projects and professional development opportunities for growth. Including supporting your Nursing & Midwifery Council re-validation and RCN membership.
We'd love to see you demonstrate:
Your ability to work independently, whilst effectively managing your diary.
Your clear understanding of the UK Healthcare Market, including the NHS.
How you've used your excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including patients and HCPs.
Knowledge of enteral tube feeding is desirable, but we'll provide you with comprehensive training in this subject.
