Full Job Description

To deliver this refreshed OH service, we are seeking a diligent and organised professional who will provide efficient, proactive and comprehensive support to both the in-house team and third-party providers. They will support with regular health surveillance as well as working specifically with the OH Lead to develop and deliver a Mental Health Awareness program and range of initiatives. They will also undertake a range of admin tasks such as processing general accounts, invoices, data entry, and creating and maintaining files and databases to track activities and workloads.

Our ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and make effective judgements on how to prioritise workload. They will have strong communication skills, able to work with staff at all levels across the organisation. They will also be able to demonstrate:

Experience of managing and delivering mental health services with a good understanding of mental health issuesExperience in supporting mental health initiatives and assisting adults with mental health difficulties to access counselling.Relevant qualification and experience as a Registered NurseStrong computer and administrative skills.Good standard of planning and organisational ability.Experience of scheduling meetings, events, preparing agendas and documentation, taking and drafting accurate minutes.
Previous experience of working in an occupational health nurse role/undertaking health surveillance experience will be highly regarded., Applicants must have work authorisation for the UK. No agencies., Disability Confident
