Full Job Description

A Hybrid Worker is an employee whose role can be performed remotely from a variety of alternative locations including force premises, partner organisation premises or a member of staff's home. Grade Other Advertised Internally / Externally Internal and External Recruitment Grade/Scale, In this role you will work within the Alliance Occupational Health team providing a high quality, evidence based clinical advisory service to Managers, Staff and Officers of Dorset, Devon & Cornwall Police (the Alliance), advising on physical and psychological aspects of fitness for work, in addition to providing general health and wellbeing guidance and support to internal and external customers. This capability is essential to the delivery of a suitable and sufficient psychological health surveillance programme (PSP) - across the Alliance. The post holder will take a pivotal role in the delivery of a tiered PSP across a diverse population at risk (PAR) - defined by Command risk assessment across two distinct Forces (in accordance with Regulations 3 & 6 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1999)) .     Agenda for Change - Grade 7 Nursing Grade (less than 2 years' £45,532.69 (based on 37 hours), 2-5 years experience £47879.98 (based on 37 hours), over 5 years experience £52,104.88 (based on 37 hours)

    The above salary is based on a full time (37 hour) salary. If you are successful in a part time role this will be pro-rata'd to reflect your working hours.
