Occupational Therapist

The post holder will provide a comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessment, utilising standardised and non-standardised assessment and interpret a range of complex clinical findings to develop appropriate, treatment plans, intervention and evaluation of the occupational therapy programme that includes risk assessment. Where indicated the post holder will work individually with young people. The post holder will analyse, grade and adapt individual and group activities to meet the occupational performance, environmental and vocational needs of the young person. The post holder will be responsive to the needs of the young person, within the local setting and use an appropriate range of communication skills to engage service users in the OT process.
