You will also be involved in cognitive assessment and rehabilitation, using therapeutic handling skills, assessing environment and equipment needs, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered services, ensuring high-quality individualized care that promotes recovery, wellbeing, and maximizes independence and quality of life.
