Occupational Therapist

> You will have the opportunity to jointly lead and support in the facilitation and delivery of group programmes alongside other OT staff, Support Time Recovery Workers, and Peer Support Workers.

> You would also have the opportunity to collaboratively work with the IPS employment workers to support service users with their employmentgoals.> The service offers the opportunity to undertake mental health assessments, keywork and, to care coordinate clients in accordance with Care programme Approach (CPA) policy.> Undertake comprehensive assessment of health and social needs together with the service users implement a plan of care and intervention to meet these needs, ensuring regular reviews are in place for evaluation of the care plan.> To ensure carers and family are included and supported and in care planning.> To facilitate and implement the Trust and Local Authority requirements in relation to safeguarding children and guidance legislation within theCare Act 2014. To adhere to the requirements of the Safeguarding Adults policy.

This post also attracts payment for High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,551 and a maximum payment of £5,735) pro rata for part time staff.
