Full Job Description

Manages and co-ordinates the implementation of individual treatment plans for clients who are in either our inpatient or day care services. Ensuring occupational therapy treatments, activities and interventions are delivered through effective application and communication.
Inputting on inpatient care plans if involved in their care.
Maintains and develops close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues within the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring clinical practice is in line with policies and procedures and complies with statutory regulations and quality standards.
Working with both individual clients and groups within the inpatient setting.
Delivering sessions both onsite and in the community with our private clients.
Continuing to develop our Day-Care Therapy Programme for Eating Disorder Clients alongside the Therapy Services Manager.

BSc Hons or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and accreditation by the HCPC., The role holder will require prior exposure to working within an occupational therapy setting including experience of working within the specialised area of eating disorders.

Life Works, located in Woking, Surrey, is a highly respected private rehabilitation centre with a unique therapeutic environment, leading the way in addiction and eating disorder treatment. We treat up to 18 low risk private patients for addictions and eating disorders in a Georgian house surrounded by beautiful gardens. We are easily accessible from the A3 and M25 and a 30 min walk from Woking Train station.
