Occupational Therapist

This is a temporary Occupational Therapist role at Elysium Healthcare's Victoria Gardens and Crossley Place services in Huyton, Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, with a competitive salary range of £27,581 - £38,500 DOE., The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders, providing compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff, ensuring the delivery of occupational therapy student placements, supporting the completion of appraisals/personal development plans, and developing and implementing appropriate policies, protocols, and care pathways. The successful candidate will have an Occupational Therapy profession qualification, extensive and relevant post-qualification clinical experience, and highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.
