Full Job Description
Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs using evidence-based practices Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide expert advice and support to patients, carers, and colleagues Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and write detailed reports Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences Supervise and mentor junior staff and students Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives Stay current with the latest occupational therapy techniques and best practices Ensure compliance with NHS standards, policies, and procedures
