Occupational Therapist Assistant

This role as an Occupational Therapist Assistant at Elysium Healthcare's Farndon Unit in Newark offers the opportunity to support the delivery of structured activities and therapeutic interventions for women with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the assessment, planning, and evaluation of care plans to promote recovery and empower service users., As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to support the service in delivering structured activities and assisting in the planning for individual and group therapeutic interventions. You will build one-to-one rapports with service users to encourage participation in activities and empower recovery. You will contribute to the assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and modification of structured activities in order to measure progression and ensure effectiveness.
