We have an exciting opportunity to work in the burns and plastics team at Chelsea and Westminster hospital.
The post holder will join a dynamic and highly skilled team and will have the opportunity to cover a wide scope of settings from ICU to community rehabilitation of burns patients. We are looking for a dynamic Occupational Therapist with excellent assessment and treatment skills who is keen to learn., The post holder will join a dynamic and highly skilled team and will have the opportunity to cover a wide scope of settings from ICU to community rehabilitation of burns patients. We are looking for a dynamic Occupational Therapist with excellent assessment and treatment skills who is keen to learn.
The position is split between inpatient and outpatient care and following up patients care into the community to complete their rehabilitation journey. The successful applicant must be competent and efficient at patient assessment, formation of treatment plans as well as having teaching and supervision skills., This position is part of the burns therapy team, a team of 13 members of therapy staff dedicated to the assessment, treatment and management of staff both in hospital and into the community. The post holder is responsible for their own caseload of both in and outpatient care as well as teaching and supervision of more junior staff.
