As a qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration, youll be responsible for leading holistic assessments to address reablement needs and planning, implementing and reviewing interventions. Youll provide support across our multi-disciplinary team. Youll also have the opportunity to support with service development and innovation., Reablement is a strengths-based short-term assessment and support service, aiming to help the patient maintain or regain as much independence in activities of daily living. You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, practitioners, carers, sensory staff, business support and operational management. You'll benefit from the support of working in a team who have a wide range of experience and knowledge, with a combination of colleagues who have spent a long career in Hampshire, and some who are newer to the service.
