Full Job Description

The post holder will be supported by a Band 7 Clinical Lead OT and will manage a caseload of clients in line with the requirements of the service line operational policy ensuring safe, evidence based, effective, culturally competent care is delivered in a timely manner to service users.

You will offer Specialist Occupational Therapy interventions utilising specialist assessment and evaluation tools drawn from the Model of Human Occupation and will formulate, implement and review plans for the treatment and management of women with a full range of clinical presenting problems.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Band 6 Perinatal Occupational Therapist to join our specialist Perinatal Community Service. The post-holder will work alongside a Band 7 Occupational Therapist within our highly skilled multi-disciplinary service comprising of Medics, Nurses, Social Workers, Nursery Nurses, Psychologists, Psychotherapists and administrators.

Springfield University Hospital, Tooting
