Full Job Description

12-month fixed-term to cover maternity leave.This is a senior occupational therapy postworking within Emergency Department and Urgent Care Therapy team.

You will take a lead role in the advanced assessment of patients, who may have complex and/or chronic presentation, to determine, therapy treatment and timely discharge planning.

The post holder will also undertake a coordinating role in the delivery of the therapy service within their specific clinical area on a day-to-day basis and this will include the provision of a 7-day service in our clinical specialities. The post holder will also support junior staff members and students.
