Full Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work within a rehabilitation team managing a caseload of clients providing a high quality, appropriate, cost effective and efficient intensive rehabilitation service for adult patients in Oxfordshire.

You will deliver a safe and effective rehabilitative patient care and discharge, working in partnership with colleagues in the multidisciplinary team within the community and acute sectors, supporting the efficient use of resources across the whole system delegating duties as appropriate.

We encourage taking learning and development opportunities. As a band 5 there is opportunity for you to take the preceptorship module for newly qualified Band 5s with the option of a MSc module.
