Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in enabling individuals to achieve their personal goals and working closely with Occupational Therapists., As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with individuals to identify opportunities for them to maximise their independence and achieve their goals, assess for low level equipment and ensure all opportunities to live a fulfilling life have been explored. You will work closely with colleagues in the team to procure support and through a process of continuous review, will ensure the individual exits the service in a safe and timely manner.

Do you thrive in a busy and active environment and have the skills to work on your own initiative whilst being a team player? If you have experience of managing a small team, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our new service., This post is covered by the Government's Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers. The post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.
