An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to come and be part of our brand-new adolescent Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's CAMHS Occupational Therapy team is seeking a resilient, enthusiastic and compassionate practitioner to join its service at Austen House.

If yes, then come join our new adolescent PICU team at our purpose built psychiatric intensive care unit for young people.

Working as an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of an inclusive and supportive team that will work together to provide care to for adolescents admitted to our PICU service. We are looking for passionate, dedicated and highly motivated individual to be part of our person focused team at Tatchbury Mount. Main duties of the job

To manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.

To participate in the planning, development and evaluation of the occupational therapy services within a designated area / team.

To regularly supervise occupational therapy students on practice placement.

To develop skills and knowledge through participation in relevant training & learning opportunities.
