In this role you will be key to the development of our International nurses & Trainee Nurse associates.

You will work closely with our Nurse UK Pin Coordinator & Learning & Development Team to ensure candidates have developed the communication skills they need to pass their OET examination.

How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Assessing prospective candidates to the Nurse UK Pin Programme English levels at application stage

  • Teaching Bupa's OET online programme in high-quality, virtual (sometimes face to face) lessons in preparation for OET exams to take place. Ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the individual learning needs of the candidates.

  • Support new international starters into the business through the OET Living the Language guide and day to day communication skills through virtual or face to face individual and group sessions.

  • Planning and preparation of lessons as well as setting, marking and correcting homework. Providing appropriate written and oral feedback to enhance skills and success in passing the OET exam

    Previous experience teaching adult OET sessions in online and face to face environments

  • Cambridge CELTA/DELTA qualification

  • OET lesson planning and resource material design

  • A flexible approach to work

  • Creative skills and ideas for planning practical and interesting lessons. Excellent planning and organisation skills
