Full Job Description

  • To provide general administrative support, including data entry and order processing
  • To direct website enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • To assist in maintaining databases and ensuring records are up to date
  • To provide additional administrative support to team members as needed
  • Filing and document management

    We are looking to recruit an Office Administration Assistant who will be responsible for essential day-to-day administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently., Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A friendly and professional attitude with a strong customer service focus
  • Desirable Experience/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an office administration or related role
