- Office contact for local office as and when required
- Dealing with all office-based tasks as and when required Undertaking Business Support tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner within the SLAs
- Named contact for specific Partners / Directors who require reactive support We're happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, we'll support you to balance your work and life. A look into the role As a Business Support Specialist within the Business Support Team, you will: Provide efficient and reliable administration support to the firm, the role will include:
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Booking travel
- Responsible for sending and retrieving files from Archive.
- Creating, amending, and formatting Word and PowerPoint documents and ensuring they are brand compliant.
- Processing DocuSign requests
- Raising client invoices
- Adheres to Firm's risk management policies and maintains the strictest adherence to client and employee confidentiality.
- Acts with integrity and in line with our organisational values As a Business Support Specialist, you will support the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our offices by:
- Providing office cover, as and when required
- Dealing with incoming / outgoing post and arranging couriers
- Ordering stationary
- Ensuring printers and kitchens are replenished.
- Raising and escalating any Facilities issues
Joining us as a Business Support Specialist the minimum criteria you'll need is IT Literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way. - Can do attitude
- Some previous office experience
- Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Embraces and understands the need for change
- Strives to understand the bigger picture and the changing needs of the business
- Has the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt communication style as required
