Full Job Description

  • The Office Administrator will work from the Office and will ensure that the administrative and operational aspects are delivered to the client in line with the expectations and quality requirements of the Company.

  • The Office Administrator will ensure the answering of telephone, distributing of calls and mail, dealing with queries where possible in the absence of any individuals.

  • The Office Administrator will be responsible for the collating of all paperwork in preparation for invoicing; booking accommodation and keep a log of all wages, expenses, holidays etc for employees.

  • Identify any improvements to customer service and make their Line Manager aware.

  • Ensure that standards are consistently achieved and maintained.

  • The hours of work are envisaged to be 16-20 hours per week (Monday-Thursday)


  • The Office Administrator is required to ensure: Effective and smooth running of the administration system, including all the aforementioned duties, where required.
  • Compliance with the Company's Quality Management and Health and Safety policies.

    GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (required)

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
