Full Job Description

Reporting into the Systems & Planning Manager and as part of the Sales, Inventory and Operational Team with a support role for the Operation Lead. The role of Office Administrator will be responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment, some key responsibilities are listed below.

The role will be responsible for:-

· Office filing

· Building of kit components for key customers

· Booking out of components to customers

· Support of FAIR paperwork collation

· Maintaining & reviewing Kitting WTL for launch onto shopfloor

· Cycle counting maintenance

· Subcontract maintenance of parts/jobs (Ensuring shipments have been organised)

· Maintaining accurate shipping information on parts leaving the business

· Support Planners on day-to-day activities

· Manage stationary supplies

· IT System use including excel and word skills

· Experience of office environment is ideal but not mandatory

· Good communicator both written and verbal

· Have the ability to continuously improve and remain calm under pressure,

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (preferred)
