Full Job Description

We're recruiting to this varied and interesting role which provides administrative support to colleagues and a front-of-house service to students, staff and parents. Based in our student services / reception area at the campus, each day in the business support team is different - you'll help with organising trips, supporting students to return to college after a period of absence, completing enrolments and much more. You'll be working closely with the business support and wider student services teams at our other campuses, on top of providing support on the ground for our students. In this post, you'll be supporting our evening course provision by handling reception until 6pm on Monday and Wednesday (with support from the duty manager).

The working pattern for this role is:

Monday: 9.30am - 6pm

Tuesday: 9.30am - 2pm

Wednesday: 9.30am - 6pm

Thursday: 9.30am - 2pm

Friday: 9.30am - 2pm

Our Wisbech campus is growing; with over 600 students aged 16 - 18 studying a variety of different courses, from animal care, construction and trade based courses, motor vehicle, childcare, computing and much more.
